CANCELLATIONS
PRODUCTS: Our dedication to our customers are to get orders and shipments out quickly and efficiently. We will begin to process your order immediately. Therefore, your order CANNOT BE CANCELED OR MODIFIED in any way once it has been submitted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
SERVICES: Cancellations/ rescheduling must be made within 24 hours of appointment time (Weddings 7 days). If you are late, your appointment will be canceled & your deposit will be FORFEIT. That includes SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS
RESCHEDULE POLICY
If you need to reschedule your makeup appointment, it must be done within 24 hours prior to your booked appointment. Rescheduling must be within 30 days of your original appointment. You are able to reschedule your own appointment
